Is there really just 2 kind of gamers?

Is there really just 2 kind of gamers?

As usual, people think that just exist 2 kind of gamers, but in my opinion it is not true, there is a few more. First I need to define the basic separation between the Casual gamer and Hardcore gamer. The casual gamer just spend a little time playing and look just for few minutes of fun. The Hardcore gamers use to spend lots of hours in playing and usually focused in a challenge or goal.
Now, I can introduce you a new kind of gamer that I call the “no life” gamer. This kind of players he spends almost all his free time playing, but they don’t have any challenge or goal into the game, so why would he spend so many time playing? Fun, he just want fun, one kind of casual gamer losing all the time playing games for no other reason.
Now I can divide the Hardcore in 2 styles, the “Low Hardcore” and the “High Hardcore”. Well the low hardcore is the player that have a challenge and a goal, but it doesn’t include the others players inside the game, what I mean is he doesn’t want to be the best. The “Low Hardcore” gamer usually spend all his time doing achievements and sometimes fun stuff. The “High Hardcore” player he don’t want just hard achievements and a little bit of glory for himself, his main point is to be the best, and work hard to be the best. Trying to reach achievements first than everyone, trying to do the highest score in some game, and for that he practices and do that as a part-time job. The “High Hardcore” gamers usually are MMORPG streamers.
Now we get to the really competitive game, where I can introduce you other 2 kind of gamers. The first one is the “competitive player”, he is not the players who really wants to win, but the players who wants to join in a competition. I can call them the casual players of the game tournaments, these players don’t go for the tournaments to win, but to have fun. Well, any game inside a competitive scene changes totally the gameplay, for example in Actions RTS some heroes are never picked in tournaments and each players in the team have his hole, changing all the atmosphere of the game. The other kind of gamer is the “professional gamer”, his style is close to a “High Hardcore” gamer, the main difference is that this players don’t want just achievements or high scores. He wants to win a tournament, he wants to win a LAN tournament face-to-face with their enemy, and he keeps the game as a full-time job.
