Firefall may be the next anticipated game for the future.

Firefall has been in development for several years by Red 5 Studio and there hasn't been a release date for Firefall. What made this game so popular while in beta is that Firefall competitive PVP and PVE concept is similar to Team Fortress 2 and World of War Craft because of Firefall's massively large open world environment that dynamically changes frequently for exploring the dynamic events that happens in the PVE's open worlds. Red 5 Studio are planning toward a MMORPG/shooter game with the options to change from first person shooter to third person shooter.

Recently, Red 5 studios abandoned the traditional leveling system in favor of using a skill tech tree for each type of battleframe in the game. This allows gamers to obtain the experience points to purchase abilities and weapons in the skill tech tree at their own pace.  Meanwhile abilities and weapons can be obtained faster than the old leveling milestone. However the gamers who have unlocked a skill in the tech tree do not earn a dramatic buff for their abilities and weapons earned. In addition, the resources gathered for the molecular printer do not benefits players abilities and weapons dramatically. As a result the competitive PVP can become well balanced with each battleframe. At the same time the PVE is challenging and fun for the gamers.

Secondly, in the dynamic world of Firefall the cities in the game can possibly be taken over if the Chosen's invade the city. This is completely a dynamic event, so it will not always happen but when this happens the players playing the game will need to work together in order to restore the city back to normal by playing an attack and defend mode. Attack and defend mode is structure with three combat points to attack and defend while a Warbringer aircraft hovers around the city. The attack and defend mode is similar to the PVP version but in this scenario it's players verses the Chosen's. Additionally the open world is so dynamic that even the merchant in the game can sell unique goods at certain time. The same type of merchant seller in the game may not always sell the unique goods in every city.

Lastly, The gaming industry has evolved so much that Firefall is one of those games that are determine in showing the community a triple a quality game that is entertaining for the markets today. Additionally, Red 5 is giving away an evolutional game for free. As much as we all love to hear that Firefall is free to play; I am very surprised in how Red 5 has managed to not get bankrupt by running the North American server while the game is in Beta with no fund support except for donations. Later on Red 5 introduce Luau Larry a premium merchant. The premiums are accessories items that do not give any benefits to the players except for vehicles and additional experiences earn for a short period of time. However I personally think the premium merchant may not support Red 5 dramatically at this time because at this time Firefall is in closed beta.  This shows that Red 5 has demonstrated an excellent product for everyone to enjoy and play freely.
